ALRIGHT SO FOLKS IM BACK IN THE MARTIAL ARTS FOR GOOD!!! I AM RENLISTED AFTER 2 YEARS OF BEING OUT WITH LEG INJURIES. I HAVE BEEN TRAINING AT ATA MARTIAL ARTS IN EVANS, GA. ITS THE BEST STYLE I EVER TRAINED IN, I HAVE THE GREATEST INSTRUCTORS EVER MR AND MRS. PRAZER. I AM ALSO ENROLLED IN AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM TO BECOME A MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR.

ALSO ON 21FEB2008 I HAVE ORINETATION FOR MY VOLUNTEER MEDICAL WORK/TRAINING.

confession

so i lied i didn't quit smoking for good. in the last blog i said it was a week and at the time i did quit well over a week ive been sick the week before and was sick for 4 days then 7 days smoke free. thats the longest i ever went without smoking.

its the hardest habit to quit. on the good news im finally enrolled in the martial arts again ATA (American Tae Kwon Do Association) Martial arts its a very interesting and great academy the best ive ever studied at.

work is great and speaking of work 21Feb2008 I have orientation for my volunteer job/training at the University Health Care Systems the Evans, GA Campus. I cant wait I get my foot in the door with the medical field hooah!

Church is going great, i love singing in the choir even though i have yet to sing during service. sometime next jan or feb im supposed to go on a mission trip to jamica or maybe even to mississippi for some construction work. I love helping people thats what I live my life for.
